Picking a greens supplement can be difficult, especially when you have two supplements like these that are both really high-quality.

That’s why I’m going to discuss the distinguishing features of each product to give you a better idea of what they have to offer.

Jocko Greens contains many features worth noting, including their organic fruits and vegetables, adaptogens, probiotics, and overall convenience.

athletic greens vs jocko greens

All of these provide vital vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other phytochemicals. Plus, the organic sourcing likely makes them healthier for the body.

Meanwhile, milk thistle aids in detoxification.

Probiotics

Jocko Greens does include probiotics, mainly to promote better gut health and digestion. We’ll talk about this more later on, but there are 11 different bacterial strains, which is quite promising.

Convenience

Lastly, one feature of Jocko Greens is its overall convenience. It comes packed with many different nutrients all in one scoop, which makes it an easy way to get in more nutrition.

Athletic Greens

Athletic Greens has quite the set of features, too. The main standouts are their alkaline raw superfood blend, antioxidants, adaptogens, digestive enzymes, dairy-free probiotics, and versatile vitamin and mineral line-up.

Raw Superfoods

jocko greens vs ag1

They have a variety of raw superfoods designed to promote alkalization (which reduces acid load) and overall health. Some of the main players in this are spirulina, wheatgrass, beetroot, spinach, and chlorella, among many others.

Antioxidants

AG1 also has many specific antioxidant compounds, such as coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), citrus bioflavonoids, hawthorn berry, and alpha-lipoic acid.

This combination might be a way to rapidly remove oxidative stress and inflammation from the body while promoting greater recovery and wellness.

Dairy-Free Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes

Two other standouts in Athletic Greens are the dairy-free probiotics and digestive enzymes. These two work in combination to fortify your gut and improve overall digestive function

21 Vitamins and Minerals

Finally, Athletic Greens is very well-known because of its diverse vitamins and minerals. In fact, they have 21 vitamins and minerals in total, including high doses of vitamin C, vitamin E, B-complex vitamins, and zinc.

Jocko Greens Overview

As we continue to go through this Athletic Greens vs Jocko Greens review, it’s time to learn a little bit more about each product and the possible benefits.

Jocko Greens was created in partnership with Jocko Willink, former Navy SEAL and current author, motivational speaker, and mentor. This formula was specifically created to help go-getters “maintain the machine” as they put it.

All of the different nutrients in Jocko Greens serve as a way to provide whole-body health. And all it takes is one scoop a day, which makes it easy to stay consistent with.

The main claimed benefits of Jocko Greens are:

Nutrient Support

It’s hard to get the required fruits and vegetables daily if you’re really busy and can’t prepare meals

Plus, if you’re stressed/very active, your nutrient demands are higher. Yet, failing to get enough nutrients from fruits and vegetables is generally known to decrease your health.

Jocko Greens claims to provide potent nutrient support. They have a variety of organic fruits, vegetables, and other superfoods to deliver necessary vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other phytochemicals.

Improved Digestion & Gut Health

Poor gut health leads to many digestive symptoms, such as bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and stomach pain. These are very difficult to deal with daily and can be embarrassing, too.

And it also increases the risk of other health issues, such as inflammation and lower immune function.

Jocko Greens is advertised to improve digestion and gut health through a two-pronged approach.

Specifically, they use digestive enzymes and probiotics to help your digestive system work more efficiently and effectively. This may reduce digestive symptoms while improving gut strength as a whole.

Stress Management

ag1 vs jocko greens

So many people are stressed today due to work, societal issues, sleep problems, poor nutrition, and on and on. Left unchecked, stress can elevate the risk of mental health problems, poor cognitive function, inflammation, and many other issues.

Jocko Greens claims to provide stress management with ashwagandha and rhodiola. These are both herbal adaptogens which they say reduce stress hormones and help your body deal with stress more effectively.

They also may increase energy and improve overall well-being.

Immune Support

Suboptimal immune function makes you more likely to get sick and unable to work or do the things you enjoy. Not only that, but with poor immune health, you simply won’t feel like your best self.

Unfortunately, most individuals fail to eat the wide variety of foods that contain the ideal immune-supporting nutrients

Jocko Greens is advertised to provide immune support thanks to many different superfoods. Specifically, Jocko Greens has acai berry, kale, sweet potato, pomegranate, and more. All are rich in immune-supporting nutrients such as vitamin C, polyphenols, and vitamin E.

Enhanced Detoxification

alternatives to athletic greens

Toxins are real, and they’re all around us. They’re in processed foods, plastics, industrial chemicals, and much more. If you don’t provide the body with detox support, you may experience headaches, joint pain, mood swings, and other signs of toxic burden.

Jocko Greens claims to enhance the detoxification process and get your body running more smoothly.

The formula uses milk thistle extract, which is advertised as a potent liver supporter and detoxifier. And generally, the other superfoods in Jocko Greens may support detoxification.

Athletic Greens Overview

Athletic Greens is one of the most well-known superfood supplements. In fact, it’s sometimes referred to as the “OG” for greens supplements as it’s been around for over a decade.

It was initially marked towards athletes and other people highly involved in fitness. However, it’s now meant to be a total wellness formula for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

There are over 75 ingredients, which consists of vitamins, minerals, superfoods, antioxidants, adaptogens, probiotics, and digestive enzymes.

AG1 has gone through 52 iterations in order to constantly improve and meet the demands of customers. Today, it is advertised as a convenient superfood supplement to help with energy, immunity, gut health and more.

The specific benefits of Athletic Greens are:

Upgraded Gut Health

A lot of folks today are dealing with gut health issues. This includes bloating, gas, upset stomach, and things like “leaky gut syndrome”, which means an impaired gut barrier.

The rise in these problems likely has to do with our unhealthy diets and lifestyles. This leads to a decrease in digestive enzymes and alters the gut microbiome, which is so critical for health.

Athletic Greens claims to upgrade your gut health with several gut-friendly nutrients. First, they use a blend of probiotics, which are good bacteria, to balance your gut.

Next, they include prebiotic sources to feed the good bacteria and further enhance gut health. Lastly, AG1 has digestive enzymes to digest and absorb nutrients from food more easily.

All of these factors may get rid of digestive sluggishness and lead to a more functional, comfortable gut.

Immune Support

If you fail to eat enough nutrient-dense foods, you may have lower immunity and increased risk of inflammation and infections. This is especially true if you don’t consume enough antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals.

AG1 Greens is advertised to provide a high level of immune support with nutrients such as zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin E.

Beyond that, Athletic Greens has several superfoods and antioxidants which may support immune health like acerola, papaya, and spirulina.

Athletic Performance & Recovery

Athletic Greens features

Athletes and other active individuals have high nutrient demands, including for many vitamins and minerals. Deficiencies in any nutrient can impair performance and recovery, which creates a vicious cycle.

Athletic Greens claims to boost athletic performance and recovery by giving the body loads of vital nutrients. This formula contains many nutrients that athletes may need more of, including zinc and B-complex vitamins.

On top of that, AG1 has a few herbal extracts designed to enhance endurance and athletic performance, such as rhodiola and eleuthero.

Enhanced Energy

If you don’t get enough vitamins and minerals, you’re more likely to experience fatigue, low energy, and even things like brain fog.

Athletic Greens is advertised to enhance energy levels thanks to several vitamins, minerals, and herbs. AG1 has B-complex vitamins, magnesium, and a few others involved in energy production.

Plus, Athletic Greens has a few natural energizers from herbal extracts such as cocoa bean polyphenols and green tea extract.

Decreased Inflammation

A poor diet and lifestyle drives up inflammation, which can cause several other health problems.

AG1 Greens claims to decrease inflammation with numerous anti-inflammatory compounds. For example, Athletic Greens has grape seed extract, citrus bioflavonoids, CoQ10, vitamin E, and more to fight oxidative stress.

Stress Management

Stress is sometimes called the “silent killer” because of its negative effects on many aspects of physical and mental health. I’m sure you’ve noticed when you have high stress, too. You’re likely more irritable, restless, and even achy or simply “unwell”.

The makers of Athletic Greens say that this supplement helps with stress management and recovery. This is due to adaptogenic herbs such as rhodiola and reishi mushroom, which may decrease stress.

Beyond that, AG1 gives your body nutrients often depleted by stress, including magnesium, vitamin B12, and vitamin C.

Metabolic Support

Athletic Greens benefits

A sluggish metabolism may make it harder to lose weight, but it also may make you feel less energized. After all, metabolism is the main driver of energy production

Athletic Greens claims to provide you with metabolic support. It has B-vitamins, chromium, and other micronutrients to speed up metabolism and convert food into energy.

Moreover, AG1 includes many superfoods like chlorella, barley grass, and beetroot to support other aspects of metabolism, including blood sugar and cholesterol.

Jocko Greens vs. Athletic Greens: Ingredient Breakdown

In this section, you’ll find all of the main ingredients in Jocko Greens and Athletic Greens.

I’ll start with Jocko Greens and move on to Athletic Greens after so you can focus on each one by itself.

Jocko Greens

The Jocko Greens formula contains organic superfood fruits and vegetables, probiotics, digestive, enzymes, and herbs/adaptogens.

Jocko Greens ingredients

Organic Vegetable Blend (5,400mg)

ag1 alternatives

The Organic Vegetable Blend is the largest component of the Jocko Greens formula. It consists of various vegetables, algae, and cereal grasses.

One of the standouts of this blend is a good dose (1,700mg) of spirulina, which is a blue-green algae. It’s filled with B-complex vitamins, iron, vitamin E, beta-carotene, chlorophyll, and many other nutrients.

Research shows that spirulina may decrease inflammation, improve blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and enhance liver function.

Of the two cereal grasses in this blend, wheatgrass likely plays the bigger role because of the much higher dosage (900mg) than oat grass (180mg).

Wheatgrass is rich in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as iron, fiber, magnesium, chlorophyll, and various antioxidants. It likely decreases inflammation, supports metabolic health, and helps fight off infections, among other benefits.

I also noticed several cruciferous vegetables in here, such as broccoli and cabbage, and leafy green vegetables, including spinach. These two classes of vegetables are some of the healthiest as they offer numerous nutrients, including vitamin K, vitamin A, folate, vitamin C, fiber, magnesium, and many phytochemicals.

These and other vegetables are important for detoxification, inflammation reduction, metabolism, and many other areas of health. They also reduce the development of some diseases, such as heart disease.

Lastly, there are a few root vegetables such as carrots, sweet potato, and beetroot. These are all high in vitamin A, carotenoids, vitamin C, and other polyphenols.

Consumption may decrease inflammation, promote gut health, and improve overall wellness.

Organic Fruit Blend (3,600mg)

The second biggest component in Jocko Greens is the Organic Fruit Blend with nine different fruits.

The two fruits that make up the largest share are banana and pineapple. Both of these fruits contain considerable amounts of fiber, antioxidants (e.g. polyphenols), and vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, folate, potassium, and manganese.

Health benefits of pineapple and banana include reduced inflammation, improved digestion and gut health, and antioxidant functions.

I also noticed several berries in this blend, including blueberries, acai berries, cranberries, and goji berries. All berries are filled with vitamin C, flavonoids, anthocyanins, and many other plant chemicals.

Research shows that consuming berries lowers inflammation, improves gut health, decreases oxidative stress, and may even improve brain function.

Lastly, this blend contains apple, grape, and pomegranate. They add to the nutrient profile of this blend given that these are all healthy fruits, too (but I suppose “healthy fruit” is redundant!).

They contain vitamin C, resveratrol, anthocyanins, fiber, potassium, magnesium and much more. As a result, they support physical and mental health and reduce the risk of diseases.

Rhodiola Extract (50mg)

Rhodiola extract is an adaptogen often used for energy and stress reduction. Compounds in rhodiola stimulate the nervous system and help the body manage stress.

In particular, rhodiola seems effective for decreasing stress levels and stress-related conditions, such as fatigue, poor cognitive function, anxiety, and endurance.

KSM-66® Ashwagandha Extract (50mg)

KSM-66® is a trademarked and well-researched form of ashwagandha extract. Generally, ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb which helps the body manage and recover from stress.

Clinical studies have noted decreased cortisol (a stress hormone), lower perceived stress and anxiety, and better physical and mental performance.

Milk Thistle Extract (50mg)

athletic greens alternative

Milk thistle is another herb used for detoxification. It contains a compound called silymarin, which supports liver function and toxin removal.

S11™ Probiotics Blend (9 Billion CFU)

S11™ Probiotics Blend consists of 11 different probiotic strains, which are all either from lactobacillus or bifidobacterium.

Those are both very well-researched. And these probiotics (or good bacteria) get into the gut where they restore balance to the gut microbiome.

In general, these probiotics seem effective for improving gut health and reducing digestive symptoms such as diarrhea and constipation.

Athletic Greens

When looking at AG1 vs Jocko Greens, Athletic Greens is more complex. It contains over 75 ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, superfoods, antioxidants, adaptogens, probiotics, and digestive enzymes.

I’ll cover all of these ingredients to some degree but will focus mainly on the most significant ones.

Listed below is a picture detailing all of the ingredients in AG1:

AG1 ingredients

Yeah, you see what I mean about complexity?

Anyway, here are the details about these components.

Alkaline, Nutrient-Dense Raw Superfood Complex (7,388mg)

Athletic Greens ingredients

The Alkaline, Nutrient-Dense Raw Superfood Complex is the biggest component of AG1 by weight.

This complex has over 20 vegetables, fruits, herbs, algae, and other components.

The first thing to cover is spirulina, kelp, and chlorella, which are all types of algae. They provide chlorophyll, iron, B-vitamins, fiber, fatty acids, and many other nutrients.

Generally speaking, algae can improve gut health, enhance immune function, support blood pressure and cholesterol, and decrease inflammation, among other benefits.

Secondly, this complex has various cereal grasses, including wheatgrass and barley grass. You get a variety of nutrients from these, including chlorophyll, vitamins A, C, E, and K, magnesium, iron, calcium, and enzymes.

These grasses may aid detoxification, improve cholesterol and blood sugar, and enhance digestion.

Also noted in this formula are several fruits, including apple, papaya, pineapple, acerola, bilberry, and lycium berry. These provide a wide array of antioxidants and other nutrients like vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, manganese, and polyphenols.

Equally visible are the diverse vegetables in this complex, such as carrot, spinach, and beetroot. These provide valuable nutrients such as vitamin K, vitamin A, magnesium, folate, and potassium.

Together, the combination of fruits and vegetables may offer health benefits, including improved immune health, better gut function, cognitive enhancement, heart support, and metabolic support.

There are also some unique compounds in this complex that aren’t just “regular” fruits or vegetables. This includes grape seed extract and cocoa bean polyphenols.

Both grape seed and cocoa are rich in polyphenols and antioxidants that may reduce inflammation and oxidative stress.

Another unique ingredient is green tea extract, which is rich in catechins and other compounds. Green tea extract may increase metabolism, boost energy, reduce inflammation, and support brain function

The last two I’ll go over in this complex are ginger and slippery elm. These may provide benefits for gut health

Specifically, ginger may reduce nausea and bloating by promoting gastric emptying. Meanwhile, slippery elm offers a “coating” for the gut barrier to improve overall gut health, and also increases good bacteria.

Nutrient Dense Extracts, Herbs, and Antioxidants (2,732mg)

Athletic Greens ingredient list

The next biggest component in AG1 is the Nutrient Dense Extracts, Herbs, and Antioxidants.

The first thing I’ll cover are the three adaptogens, which are ashwagandha, rhodiola, and eleuthero (also called Siberian ginseng).

These herbs are all similar because they help the body manage stress and maintain physical and mental capacity even amidst high stress. They have some of their own unique benefits.

But from a broad perspective, ashwagandha, rhodiola, and eleuthero all seem effective for reducing stress and anxiety, improving energy, decreasing fatigue, and enhancing physical and mental performance.

Another interesting trio in here is citrus bioflavonoids, ALA, and CoQ10. Now, there are definitely individual differences in these ingredients. But the take-home point for all of these is that they provide powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support.

These antioxidant effects may be further enhanced by other compounds in this blend, such as hawthorn berry and rosemary leaf.

Two other herbs in this blend are milk thistle and dandelion. These may work well together to support detoxification and liver health.

Digestive Enzyme & Super Mushroom Complex (154mg)

The Digestive Enzyme & Super Mushroom Complex is made up of astragalus root, burdock root, reishi mushroom, shiitake mushroom, and bromelain.

Reishi and shiitake are both medicinal mushrooms that offer a lot of fiber, minerals, and phytochemicals. They seem to have benefits for immune function, gut health, metabolism, and detoxification, among other things.

Then you have burdock and astragalus, the roots of which are high in prebiotic fibers. As such, they support gut health and digestion.

Lastly, bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple, which mainly helps with protein digestion.

Dairy Free Probiotics (7.2 Billion CFU)

The Dairy Free Probiotics component of Athletic Greens contains specific strains of lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium bifidum.

Just as we saw with Jocko Greens, lactobacillus and bifidobacterium improve the gut microbiome. This may lead to better digestion and reduced constipation and diarrhea.

Vitamins and Minerals

There are also 21 vitamins and minerals in Athletic Greens. I won’t go over the details of all of these since it’s not necessary.

In general, just know that vitamins and minerals make it easier for you to reach your daily recommended intake.

There are some things that stand out, however, so let’s go over that now.

B Vitamins

There is over 100% of the daily value for all eight B-complex vitamins, with the exception of vitamin B5.

Some of the really high-dosed ones are 1100% daily value (DV) of biotin (vitamin B7), 917% DV of vitamin B12, and 176% DV of vitamin B6.

All of the B vitamins included are involved in energy production, metabolism, nervous system health, brain function, and many other aspects.

Supplementation isn’t necessarily hugely beneficial though unless you’re deficient. Also, it may be useful for depression and some neurological conditions

Vitamins A, C, E

There are also pretty high doses of vitamins A, C, and E. All of these vitamins have antioxidant properties and help decrease inflammation.

Some other benefits include immune support, better eye health, and enhanced recovery.

Minerals

There are 10 different minerals in Athletic Greens, although most are included in relatively small amounts.

That’s why they likely won’t lead to any huge benefits. But in general, ingesting enough minerals is necessary for bone health, blood pressure, heart health, metabolism, brain function, and other areas.

Now, two minerals that are actually dosed pretty high are zinc (136% DV) and chromium (70% DV).

Having this high dose of zinc may offer benefits for hormone function, immune health, and brain function, especially if you don’t get enough from diet.

And chromium is supportive of blood sugar regulation and weight management

Jocko Greens vs. Athletic Greens: Taste Test

Take a minute if you need to as I switch gears from all of those ingredients to other details about both products.

A common complaint people have about green drinks is their poor taste. Typically, they’re too earthy or bitter.

But what about the taste differences in Jocko Greens vs Athletic Greens?

Jocko Greens Taste

Jocko Greens is a unique greens supplement because it comes in two fruity flavors:

  • Peach
  • Coconut Pineapple

Besides natural flavors, Jocko Greens uses monk fruit extract to naturally sweeten the product.

From the reviews I read, it seems that many people enjoy the taste of Jocko Greens. Most buyers said it didn’t taste like your typical greens drink. And some customers stated it was the best tasting greens drink they’ve ever had.

Of course, there were still a few complaints, too. But by and large, Jocko Greens seems to have good flavor.

Athletic Greens Taste

Athletic Greens taste

Athletic Greens only contains natural flavors and doesn’t use any sweeteners. I was worried that AG1 might be rated poorly for taste because of this. But overall, customers seem to enjoy the taste of Athletic Greens.

Most people said that AG1 Greens tasted mild. Nothing particularly great to rave about, but not much to complain about, either.

The majority of customers said it tasted better than some other common greens drinks. Still, a few people didn’t like the taste and said it was too grassy or earthy.

Ben Dillion, Personal Trainer and writer for Exercise With Style taste tested I tried Athletic Greens for 30 days.

Jocko Greens vs Athletic Greens: Pricing Comparison

The price of Jocko Greens vs AG1 can be a big determination point for some people.

Jocko Greens is clearly the more affordable product. From looking around the internet, the cost of AG1 was often cited as a reason for looking for an Athletic Greens alternative.

Both supplements come in powdered form with 30 servings (30 scoops) per container.

The regular price of Jocko Greens is $52.99 ($1.77/serving), whereas Athletic Greens costs $99 ($3.30/serving) for a one-time purchase.

Thus, Athletic Greens is nearly double the cost of Jocko Greens.

AG1 has higher subscription savings, though. You can save 20% with a subscription (30 servings), which lowers the price to $79 ($2.63/serving). Beyond that, they offer a double subscription (60 servings) for $149 ($2.48/serving).

With Jocko Greens, you can choose the Subscribe & Save option to save 10%, which lowers the cost to $47.69 ($1.59/serving).

Comparison of Side Effects and Safety

In general, both Jocko Greens and Athletic Greens are safe supplements and shouldn’t pose concerns for most people.

Athletic Greens may have a higher chance of side effects simply because it includes more ingredients and has higher doses for the vitamins and minerals.

Both Jocko Greens and Athletic Greens may cause the following side effects (due to similar ingredients used):

  • Upset stomach, gas, bloating, etc.
  • Headache
  • Allergic Reactions
  • Mood changes

Also, due to AG1’s high concentration of certain vitamins and minerals, you may go over the recommended daily intake, which could cause problems. Especially for minerals and fat-soluble vitamins.

In regard to other aspects of safety, Athletic Greens and Jocko Greens are made in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities.

Athletic Greens is vegan, vegetarian, non-GMO, and free from herbicides and pesticides. There are no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or sweeteners. It is also gluten-free, dairy-free, corn-free, peanut-free, egg-free, lactose-free, and free from animal byproducts.

Jocko Greens is keto-friendly and free from added sugar. It contains milk and tree nuts (coconut). There are no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or sweeteners.

Jocko Greens vs Athletic Greens: Which Is the Best Option?

You’ve now reached the point where it’s time to make a decision on Athletic Greens vs. Jocko Greens.

There are several considerations that go into this decision. This includes the ingredient quality, dosage, testing, safety, pricing, and potential benefits, among a couple other things.

Athletic Greens and Jocko Greens have many of the same ingredients. However, in terms of ingredient quality, AG1 is better because it includes a wider selection of beneficial ingredients.

AG1 also has a higher total dose per serving than Jocko Greens, albeit not by much. And one thing I like better about Jocko Greens is that there aren’t any proprietary blends like there are in Athletic Greens.

In terms of safety and testing, Athletic Greens also seems to be better because it’s NSF-certified and has fewer allergen concerns and dietary restrictions.

However, when it comes to price, Jocko Greens wins out here. It doesn’t have as many ingredients, so it probably should be priced lower. But even still, it’s nearly half the cost of AG1, which likely makes it a higher value even though it doesn’t have as many ingredients.

Athletic Greens seems to be the better supplement for overall potential benefits. While both likely offer benefits for gut health, immunity, energy, and detoxification, AG1 also offers possible benefits for athletic performance, recovery, and cognitive function.

Last but not least, it’s important to consider that Athletic Greens has been around for much longer than Jocko Greens, with thousands of satisfied customers.

Why We Think Athletic Greens Is the Better Option

I think AG1 is the better greens supplement because it has a higher dosage and more total ingredients compared to Jocko Greens.

There are also more potential health benefits. It’s not just for gut health, immunity, and energy, but also for stress management, recovery, cognitive function, and athletic performance.

Jocko Greens has several of these possible benefits too, just not as much for athletic performance, recovery, or brain power.

Also, Athletic Greens has a higher level of safety certifications as it is NSF-certified, whereas Jocko Greens isn’t. Plus, AG1 is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and many people with dietary restrictions. Jocko Greens isn’t even vegan-friendly and it has some allergens in it.

Finally, even though Athletic Greens is priced higher, it still seems worth it, particularly when considering the subscription and bulk savings.

A Caveat

But this is where the caveat comes in. If you’re someone who just wants a superfood fruits and vegetables supplement, and isn’t as concerned about other ingredients, then I truly would go with Jocko Greens.

It’s much more affordable, and if you want a more basic supplement, you shouldn’t have to pay as much as you do with AG1.

For everyone else, mainly those who want a wide variety of ingredients and benefits, I’d go with Athletic Greens.

So, if you want to gain the possible benefits of gut health, immunity, stress management, energy, and athletic performance, click to get your first order of Athletic Greens here

Final Thoughts On Jocko Greens vs. Athletic Greens

Well, that wraps up this review of Jocko Greens vs. Athletic Greens. Honestly, both supplements are really good and likely to offer benefits.

You’ve seen how Jocko Greens and Athletic Greens both offer many superfoods and other ingredients to potentially boost energy, aid digestion, enhance immunity, manage stress, and improve overall wellness.

All things considered, Athletic Greens seems to be a bit better overall due to things like higher doses, more ingredients, higher testing standards, and more possible benefits.

I certainly think Jocko Greens is worth buying in some cases, particularly if you just want a more basic superfood formula at a lower price.
