While some trainers certainly do this, be aware that with some programs, the instructions will be vocalized more than displayed.
4. Supplements are part of the nutrition plan, so that means spending more money.
While, of course, the nutrition plan is not mandatory, many people will choose to follow it in addition to the workouts to take things up a notch.
Supplements are pushed as part of the program, and if you choose to follow along with this aspect, you will certainly be spending extra money.
