This is my review of Java Burn Coffee Booster.

In a perfect world, my morning ritual would be all wheatgrass, meditation, and 5 am gym sessions. But alas, my favorite part of the morning is having my coffee. Cold brew, espresso, lattes – I love it all.

Normally, I don’t feel guilty about this. However, it did bother me that I hadn’t figured out a way to make my morning coffee part of my fitness efforts.

Then I found out about Java Burn. Java Burn is an antioxidant-loaded powder that you add to coffee. Cleaner energy? A metabolism boost? Immune support? The answer to my prayers.

Yet at the end of the day, Java Burn is a supplement. When it comes to ingredients and claims, we have to be really discerning with supplements.

I’ve done all of the research for you, and I’m ready to break it down. What I can tell you right now is that there isn’t another product exactly like Java Burn on the market.

Let’s find out what makes it special. Keep reading to decide if Java Burn has a place in your morning routine.

What is Java Burn?

Java Burn is an all-natural powder supplement that you mix into your coffee. It has no distinguishing flavor of its own and dissolves pretty easily.

In fact, if you like your brew first thing in the morning, you may forget that you mixed it in.

Until it kicks in, that is. I’ll tell you what the ingredients are in greater detail very soon, but one is caffeine.

Caffeine is a pretty well-known fat burner on its own. Adding a little more to your coffee, plus natural ingredients to optimize and fine-tune its effects, can be beneficial for weight loss.

At first, I thought it would be like adding an extra shot of espresso to your latte. But let’s face it – if lattes were a weight-loss tool, we’d be drinking even more of them.

Java Burn

How does Java Burn work?

Java Burn is an exclusive, patent-pending formula. The selection and combination of its ingredients are designed to boost your metabolism and reduce cravings. Over time, this can help you lose weight.

To use it, you simply mix one sachet into your cup of coffee and drink. That’s it!

Our morning coffee for sure gives us energy, but Java Burn takes it up a notch. Plus, with the other ingredients, it changes the type of buzz we get. It is supposed to feel like more of a clean, productive energy.

Personally, this idea was very appealing to me, as I’m prone to the jitters after a few cups. If you have trouble finding a “sweet spot” with caffeine consumption, Java Burn can help.

The main question is – what else are they putting in this powder that makes it so great for your metabolism?

Java Burn Ingredients

I’m pleased to report that Java Burn uses some pretty well-researched natural ingredients. There’s a solid lineup of amino acids, extracts, and minerals.

Let’s meet some of them one by one.

First, we have the headliner, caffeine. The caffeine comes from green coffee bean extract, which we’ve seen touted everywhere as a weight-loss tool.

In fact, some companies went a little too far in claiming green coffee bean extract could help you lose weight.

As far as I’m aware, Java Burn isn’t hinging all of our hopes on this one extract. One reason it’s included is for the relatively mild caffeine boost, which we already know gives us energy and suppresses appetite.

Each serving of Java Burn contains 200 mg of green coffee bean extract. It’s hard to say precisely how much caffeine this would add to your coffee. But it likely isn’t more than 10%-20% caffeine.

The other reason is that green coffee bean extract contains an acid we’ll talk about next.

Chlorogenic Acid

Chlorogenic acid is an antioxidant found in green coffee beans. We don’t get this acid from the regular coffee we drink because most of it is destroyed during roasting.

We’re awaiting more research on the benefits of chlorogenic acid.

However, studies already find that “chlorogenic acid has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-obesity, anti-dyslipidemia, antidiabetic, and antihypertensive properties, which can serve for the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome and associated disorders.”

Basically, it does what any good antioxidant does – promote excellent health.

When you’re in the best possible health, your metabolism will respond to “triggers” (like diet and exercise) differently. Therefore, it may help with weight loss, but only as part of a healthy lifestyle.

In fact, chlorogenic acid is primarily found in fruits and vegetables. If you eat a plant-based diet, you’ll be getting plenty of this potent compound.

Chromium is an essential mineral that may help us regulate our blood sugar. People with Type 2 diabetes are often known to have low chromium levels

There are 20 mcgs of chromium in every serving of Java Burn. That accounts for approximately half of the recommended daily value.

I appreciate that the company didn’t include higher doses of chromium. There are doubts as to how bioavailable supplemental chromium is.

Especially when we’re talking about chromium chloride, the form found in Java Burn.

Overall, chromium is nice to have here, but you’re still probably better off eating foods naturally high in chromium, like shellfish and broccoli.

Oh, and maybe some red wine, too.

L-carnitine is an amino acid that’s alleged to help us burn fat. Specifically, it helps us use fat to create energy. This is why you will see it included in many of the protein powders and supplements athletes prefer.

Your body makes L-carnitine naturally, but higher levels indicate a more active metabolism. It’s also available in red meat, but given that red meat isn’t incredibly heart-healthy, many prefer to supplement.

There’s 100 mg of L-carnitine in each Java Burn packet. This is a relatively modest amount, which again, I like. Lots of supplement makers megadose you on ingredients to drive the price up. Meanwhile, it isn’t even certain that you could absorb it all.

Like L-carnitine, L-theanine is an amino acid. There are two critical differences between the two.

First, L-theanine’s food sources come from plants. L-carnitine might be high in steak, but L-theanine lives inside mushrooms, tea leaves, and even coffee.

Second, we have the effects. L-theanine is a clean energy source that helps you focus. However, it’s also known to reduce anxiety. It may be even more effective at managing blood pressure than caffeine.

This is a huge benefit if you’re worried about getting too jittery from an energizing product.

There’s 100 mg of L-theanine in each serving of Java Burn.

Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract is perhaps one of the best known and easy to find sources of antioxidants. There are a ton of research-proven benefits, but for now, let’s drill down on why green tea may help with weight loss.

First, green tea extract will add a little more caffeine. As we know, that helps suppress appetite.

Green tea extract also contains certain antioxidants called catechins. One type of these catechins is known as EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate).

EGCG can help boost your metabolism and even maximize your workout efforts.

Green tea is our best, most readily available source of these catechins. There’s 300 mg of green tea extract in each serving of Java Burn.

What are the benefits of Java Burn?

Java Burn contains a good amount of B vitamins, as well as vitamin D. Even if you didn’t lose weight with Java Burn, you’d be getting some benefit from it.

It’s also designed for metabolism support, instead of just promising to suppress appetite. Here’s a rundown of the biggest pros and cons I found about Java Burn.

Java Burn Pros

  • Easy to use. The product comes in pre-portioned sachets you can take with you on the go. It’s easy to slip a few in your purse or gym bag so they’re always on hand.
  • 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you try it and decide it’s not for you, Java Burn will give you a refund. It’s always best to choose a company that has confidence in its product.
  • Cleaner caffeine buzz. Java Burn increases the amount of caffeine in your drink. But with green tea’s catechins and L-theanine, you won’t be as jumpy as you would have if you doubled up on coffee.
  • No taste. Java Burn genuinely is tasteless. I was worried it would alter the flavor of my lattes or maybe have a weird aftertaste, but it doesn’t.
  • Curbs the urge to snack. I’m not looking to skip meals but could stand to cut back on snacking. Java Burn does suppress the appetite enough to avoid cravings between meals.

Java Burn Cons

  • You need to use it long-term. Java Burn isn’t a “lose weight quick” product. The vitamins and antioxidants bring bigger benefits the longer you consume them.
  • It’s not widely available. I’ll tell you where to get Java Burn in a minute, but suffice to say, you won’t find it at the average store or online marketplace.
  • Not the best for those sensitive to caffeine. If you typically avoid caffeine, Java Burn can cause sleeplessness, especially if taken later in the day.
  • You shouldn’t take it if you’re breastfeeding. New moms are among the most eager to lose weight, but I’d sit this one out or speak to a doctor first.
  • It doesn’t contain the most bioavailable form of chromium. I mentioned this in my ingredient breakdown. I think the form in Java Burn will have some benefit, but it could be a little better.

What are the side effects of Java Burn?

With any stimulant, there are potential side effects. Namely, nervousness and restlessness from the caffeine. Many will find that green tea and L-theanine reduces their chances of experiencing nervousness from caffeine.

Still, if you have insomnia or an anxiety disorder, I’d think carefully about using Java Burn.

Also, Java Burn doesn’t recommend its product to anyone under age 18.

Now I have an important warning, so read carefully.

If you are on ANY medication, speak to your doctor before taking Java Burn. Java Burn may increase or decrease the amount of medication in your system. Always confirm that none of the ingredients interact with your medicines.

Recommended Programs to Use With Java Burn

Java Burn is not a standalone solution for weight loss. If you are looking to genuinely change your metabolism and shed pounds, a powder isn’t the answer.

For long-term success, here are some programs you can consider using in combination with Java Burn.

Metabolic Renewal

Metabolic Renewal is among the very best programs for busy women. It’s a four-phase diet and exercise program that factors in women’s hormones.

It’s especially good for those of us who are dizzy with weight fluctuations. You can read my comprehensive Metabolic Renewal review to learn more.

If you feel it’s very difficult to lose weight, look into Calibrate. A doctor will review your blood work, and from there, you’ll undergo a year of coaching to make gradual lifestyle changes.

It’s a spectacular option for those of us who want to focus on whole-body health, long term. However, it’s not right for everyone. Check out my complete breakdown of the Calibrate program

The Metabolic Factor

The Metabolic Factor is a good pick for those who are ready to make a change but don’t have the time to create a plan. It provides eating schedules, shopping lists, exercise recommendations, and much more.

It’s a 21-day program, but it contains tons of advice you can carry forward. Kindly read my review of the Metabolic Factor to see what I think.

Where to Buy Java Burn

If you want to buy Java Burn, you need to visit their official website. It’s the only way you can buy the exact product I’m telling you about here.

On one hand, it seems inconvenient to have only one online source to purchase from. On the other, it saves you from buying knockoffs or paying high markups from certain retailers.

It also guarantees that you’re buying a fresh, new product, not a resold item that’s expired or half-used.

Right now, Java Burn is offering a 30-day supply for $49. And don’t forget the Money-Back Guarantee I told you about.

Final Verdict

I’m happy to report that my morning coffee isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Java Burn inspired me to take a closer look at what this part of my morning routine actually does for my health.

The caffeine in a regular cup of coffee motivates me for sure. But what if it had more vitamins and antioxidants?

What if it ramped up the energy factor, but with an herbal extract that takes the edge off?

It’s possible with Java Burn.

Plus, the product could not be easier to use. Stir in a single-serving sachet and drink as usual. There’s no funny taste or changes in texture.

Honestly, I’m much more likely to continue using this than mixing coconut oil or butter into my coffee.

And it’s a good thing, because sporadically slamming down a cup of joe with some Java Burn in it isn’t going to do much. I wouldn’t even classify it as a weight loss supplement.

However, if you’re taking additional steps to change your metabolism, such as eating a healthier diet and getting more quality rest, this is a small way to support that.

It may even give you a little extra pep for regular workouts.

Would you try Java Burn?
